Dutch Oven 34cm dia
34 cm dia. black Crafond Cocotte Induction pot with lid. Although not an actual dutch oven it acts very similar to one. Lid can also be used as a pan. For Cooking large one pot meals on camp or camping.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE olive Oil. It burns at low temperatures and can cause a severe carbon deposit. We recommend Sunflower or Rapeseed oil.
Regular Care:
•After a while your Pan may develop a brown residue on the interior surface, this is
carbon deposit. To remove the carbon warm your pan on the hob, add a little oil to
the pan and rub the inside of your pan with kitchen roll or a soft cloth. Look at the
cloth, if there is a black or brown residue you are removing the carbon deposit.
Continue doing so, until no residue appears on the cloth. •It is important to wash your pan after each use (while still warm) with soapy water.
•Please DO NO use scourers of any type, cleaning with a soft sponge is all that is needed.•Do not stack pans inside each other, unless you have a perfect pan bag. The soft bag will protect your pan from outer surface scratched and scrapes. (Please contact us for details.)
•When you remove your food from your pan, add a cup of water to the pan (even whilst hot) this will aid the cleaning process.
•Your Perfect Pan heats up in about 2 minutes and gives even heat distribution due to the cast alloy body.
•Do not leave your pan empty on a high heat for any length of time
